What you will need
For the incentive, you will need a stretch target – how much growth you expect the incentive to deliver, and the amount of that margin you are willing to spend on rewarding your sales team. The calculator will work out how your expected margin for both growth scenarios and will calculate the cost based on the amount of additional margin you are willing to spend – and then work out your return on investment based on that.
