In these coaching sessions, the Uwin Iwin business development team will discuss the psychology around Incentives, what the Global benchmarks are for incentive programmes as well as help C-level executives understand what they need to invest in in order to create an effective Incentive programme that will stimulate growth and yield the desired results within their business.
Leadership teams will be advised of the best incentive practises and products available. Your company’s vision, objectives and unique needs – per respective service area or department – will be assessed individually. In collaboration with our clients, we’ll brainstorm opportunities and generate ideas which are suitable to your business.
