One of South Africa’s most prestigious awards for leaders and businesses in South Africa was presented at the African Business Awards on August 17, 2023. The awards’ purpose is to reward and acknowledge South African Businesses, from across all sectors, for their contribution to the South African economy.
Keynote Speaker Honorable Mr. Gwede Mantashe, Minister of the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy, presented the awards.
There were 150 nominees for the awards in 9 award categories, 63 finalists, and only 9 winners. In the category of Business of 2023 Award, Uwin Iwin Incentives took first place this year. The honor was given to a company that empowers its employees, exhibits strong leadership, and undergoes transformation in all areas of the organization. The award was also in recognition for exceptional achievement in our field.
