  • When you receive your Kudosh Gift Card you can activate your card here.

  • After reward values have been uploaded to your card you can continuously view your gift card balance or statement.
  • If you lose your card, you could report it on online or use our self service telephone number (011) 244 2121. A new card will be issued to you for a small fee. Just follow the prompts.

All you have to do is go to checkmybalance.co.za and provide the details and submit. Your card will be activated for immediate use.

If you have lost your card or it has been stolen, you can contact us immediately at (011) 244 2130.

Whether you choose to re-use your rewards card or not, the Kudosh rewards card can be reloaded and reused as often as you want as long as the gift card is valid!

The validity period on the Kudosh rewards card is 3 years.

The card is not linked to a pin number and does not allow for online transactions. Should you wish to purchase a specific item with your gift card, you can send your request to help@kudosh.com and we will assist you as best we can.

No. The card is not linked to a pin number and prevents you from withdrawing cash at any ATM or bank teller.

No. There are no transaction fees associated. You can swipe as many times as you need to until your funds are depleted.
