Working From Home during Lockdown

Uwin Iwin Incentives ran a survey about remote working during the COVID-19 lockdown from 5 May – 15 May 2020.

Objective

The main objective of the survey was to find out how working from home has had an impact on employees so that we may get a better understanding of what would keep them motivated during lockdown and possibly once lockdown is over.

The survey was sent to individuals who are currently working from home, mostly within South Africa and a small percentage being based overseas.

The total number of respondents came to 187 across multiple industries, mainly IT/Software Development & Finance/Banking/Insurance industry.
